- Flip the Tracker to one side so it’s facing up
- The app starts tracking the assigned activity or if the side is unassigned, it lets you choose among all the options
- To pause tracking put it back in its resting dock.

You can, however they can’t be paired at the same time. You must disconnect one before connecting the other. If you want to have one Tracker at home and one at the office, for example, this is a supported scenario.
This varies depending on use but if you are using the Tracker approximately 8 hours a day, 5 days a week it should last several months between charges.
