Reminders
One major issue with time tracking is remembering to start, stop and switch tracking. To help, we introduced reminders. So Timeular reminds you to start, stop or alter tracking in these situations.

Reminder: Start of Day
We know that remembering to start tracking your time in the morning can be tricky, so the start of day reminder gives you a heads-up when you start your day. You will receive the notification (if you have not yet started tracking) shown here and can start your tracking with a single click.
This can be found in the Settings > Notifications area of the Timeular app:

Check Reminder to start tracking to enable the feature. Under the “Time” header, select auto for Timeular to set the start time based on your previous time entries or select manual to specify the time.
Under “End of day” you can also set a reminder to stop tracking. Check Automatically stop tracking if you’d like any active time entry to automatically be stopped when it reaches your specified end time.

What does the reminder do?
After a certain amount of time is spent tracking a time entry, the reminder will ask you whether or not you want to stop tracking your current time entry. Clicking the “Stop” button will stop tracking, and clicking “No” will allow you to continue tracking.
You can find the reminder in the Timeular desktop app by clicking Settings > Notifications.

Click the check box beside Remind after a long time entry to enable the feature. Under “Duration” you can select auto, which allows Timeular to automatically suggest the long time entry duration based on your previously created time entries or manual if you’d like to specify the duration yourself.
Check the Automatically stop tracking box if you’d like the time entry to stop automatically once it reaches the specified duration.
