Timeular is looking for a full-time, remote Marketing Manager to work with us on non-paid marketing initiatives, test and find the most efficient channels, to then take ownership and scale them long term.
We’ve heaps of opportunity, a great long list of things we’d like to get around to, and need someone to help us realize our vision of a future where everyone has a rewarding job.
Examples of initiatives you will be taking over in the beginning:
- Accelerate our success stories content creation and distribution to increase organic traffic and generate more leads
- Increase word of mouth traffic and brand perception through email comms among our existing customers
- Get our Amazon presence up and running with Amazon Launchpad and start driving transactions through Amazon
- Create and organize visual assets, both images, and short videos, and ensure they provide a uniform experience
We’re looking for a marketing generalist with a flair for creative storytelling who’s collaborative and analytical by nature and happy to get stuck into graphic design and video editing.
We focus on the US, UK, and German-speaking markets. Fluent English is a must-have, German would be a nice-to-have, as we have plenty of people who can help you with translations.

About how we collaborate
As we work remotely, we communicate a lot in written form. To help you demonstrate the strong writing skills you’ll need for this role, we’ve made the first part of this application process a written task.
We know you can’t perform at your best from day one because everything is new and there is a lot of information to absorb first. That’s why you’ll get assigned an onboarding buddy right after joining Timeular to assist you while getting started with your new challenges and all the questions you might have along the way.

We love working remotely and the flexibility it adds to our lives. In the 4 years working remotely, we have experienced all pros and cons and know that loneliness can be an issue but we have learned how to deal with it and on top, we invite everyone to an on-site retreat 3 times per year.

About the pay and benefits
We offer an attractive transparent salary and very attractive benefits, which are mostly about helping you to live a healthy life outside of work.
The transparent salary including health insurance for this role at hiring ranges between $50,000/€45,000 and $66000/€60000, depending on the country you’re in and your experience. After one year of working full-time at Timeular, you can participate in the employee stock option pool.
